Objective:

Provide exceptional interior service including beds and heads, as well as fine dining, anticipate the needs of the owners as well as their guests, train the second stewardess in all areas of the boat, create interior inventories, preference sheets and complete interior stewardess guidebook.

2008 – 2011- Stewardess/Mate – M/Y Sea Watch – Ft. Lauderdale/Annapolis – All interior detailing and maintenance, hosting and party planning for parties of 10+ guests, flower arranging, food preparation and light cooking, bartending and food service, as well as prepare vessel for showing, survey, and sale.

2007-2008 – Bartender/server – Island Global Yachting Properties – St. Thomas, USVI/Montauk, NY- Tend to all customers, stock bar and inventory liquor, manage bank, run service bar, have an in depth understanding menu and products, create a fun and upbeat environment for guests.
