1997-2014- Flight Attendant at United Airlines- based in Chicago, then Washington D.C.- working flights worldwide-inventoried and served food and beverages, ensured the safety and well being of guests onboard, coordinated with ground and flight crew, preform safety checks , sold products marketed for specific markets (duty free, meals for sale, alcohol , etc),provided emergency assistance to passengers and crew when needed, regularly used creative problem solving skills
1997-1997-flight Attendant- Atlantic Southeast Airlines- worked as a sole flight attendant onboard turboprop aircraft- assisted in safety and welcoming of passengers, preform safety briefing, served and inventoried beverages, took tickets
1994-2002- Army Band in the Army National Guard-Rickenbacker Airforce Base, Ohio- supporting our fellow troops by performing in marching or concert setting, performing on state and government levels to bring awareness to the public
1995-1997- Wendy’s Shift Manager- Columbus , OH- ordering and inventorying food, stock and supplies, managing staff-assigning work positions, briefing them in shift goals, expectations, etc, banking & balancing each cash drawer at the beginning and end of each cashiers shift, monitoring quality of food, and cleanliness of store and surrounding property, we were also a test product store, in which Wendy’s Incorporated headquarters would visit frequently to observe us introducing new products.
