Conduct Initial Operating Experience, initial, annual, and random line checks, Requal Operating Experience, and Operating Experience training with new hire flight attendants and current flight attendants. Coordinate all efforts with the InFlight Department to ensure safety, profitability, a quality work environment, and excellence. Ensure a smooth transition from Initial New Hire Training to Operations. Provide leadership and support to InFlight Management team members, as well as front line personnel.

Ensure passenger safety and satisfaction according to FAA and company standards on EMB 120, CRJ 200, CRJ 700, CRJ 900 and E175 aircraft. Assist in the loading and securing of all baggage and help the captain determine weight for weight and balance computations. Monitor all cabin activities appropriate to maintaining passenger safety
