2006-2009 — Meal Planner (Volunteer)  –  HLIC (Here’s Life Inner City) – Orlando, FL__ Planned, shopped within a budget, and prepared meals for up to 50 college students for 1-3 weeks during their spring break spent working for a local inner city ministry;  did same for casual lunch for 100-200 volunteers during annual Thanksgiving “Bags of Love” campaign.

1977-2006 — Flight Attendant  –  Delta Airlines – Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; Orlando, FL; Los Angeles, CA; Cincinnati, OH__Successfully orchestrated service to a diverse audience in a variety of conditions and times of day within significant time, space, and safety constraints;  ordered, accounted for, and stored supplies and meals necessary for good customer service;  worked and directed all classes of service on domestic and international flights, as well as on sports team, specialty, and military charters; utilized extensive flexibility in dealing with varied clientele, changing circumstances and schedules, and occasional crises.
