Who they are

Air Culinaire Worldwide has been cooking for business aviation since 2000. It runs more than twenty of its own kitchens, Miami, West Palm Beach, Tampa, Teterboro and White Plains among them in the United States, with London, Biggin Hill and Paris in Europe, and serves more than 1,200 airports with over two million meals a year.

Because the network is their own rather than subcontracted, a crew ordering in one city gets the same standard in the next. That is precisely the problem a corporate flight attendant is trying to solve on a multi leg trip, and it is why their material is worth teaching from.
