Silver Lining Inflight Catering cooks for private and corporate aircraft across Florida, working with owners, passengers, FBOs and crews, and pairing the food with concierge service around the trip.
They operate 24 hours a day, every day of the year, which is what this work actually requires: a trip that moves to ten at night still needs breakfast on board at six. They serve the South Florida executive airports, Fort Lauderdale Executive among them.
Our partnership
Silver Lining caters the introduction to every course. It is the first inflight catering our students see, and it sets the standard we then teach against for the rest of the week: how it arrives, how it is packed, and what a crew is expected to do with it once the door closes.
