Excellent customer service skills are the most important characteristics of the job. Flight attendants must be good with people, outgoing and have positive personalities. Its often times you will find yourself in hard to manage situations, it is important that you make sure the customers are comfortable and safe at all times.

Physical requirements for a Flight Attendant

  • Able to work up to 14 hours a day when needed

  • Able to stand for long periods of time

  • Present a professional image, no visible tattoos or alternative hair styles, clean and neat clothing

  • Commercial flight attendant requirements state a height around 5’2″ to 6’1″ is necessary. ** This is not a requirement for private jet flight attendants!
